Welcome to the Philadelphia Rage's homepage. If you've come here, you mayb be interested in joining the Philadelphia Rage in attending the 2013 Fann Cup charity lacrosse tournament in Rochester, NY on July 13th. We here with the Rage are very excited to be a part of the Fann Cup, and are proud that we have participated in helping raise over $50,000 in the 11 years of this wonderful tournament.

The Fann Cup is a lacrosse tournament by the fans and for the fans of the NLL. Players are not required to have experience with the game itself; it is a good idea that you've seen the game played though. All Fann Cup participating teams are comprised of both male and female players, of all experience levels. The point of Fann? FUN! Teams from as far west as Minneapolis, Minnesota and as far north as Toronto, Canada will be entered, as well as teams from Rochester, Buffalo, Chicago and Boston. It's a great chance to meet lacrosse fans from all over, and make some great friends.

The other purpose of Fann, more important than the lacrosse itself, is raising money for charity. Every year the hosting city and it's Fann Cup participants pick a worthy local charity to benefit from memorabilia auctions, fun Fann games and activities, and other wonderful ideas that have been a part of Fann Cup over the years. Every player of every team is important to raising this money, and the sense of pride to know that you helped the tournament reach it's goal is incredible.

We here with the Philadelphia Rage are proud to represent the city of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Wings fans in this tournament. We would love to have you aboard. Our sister club, the Philadelphia Wingnuts are also a Fann Cup participant, and just as proud to represent the City of Brotherly Love. Our two city teams hope to once again make our presence known both on and off the lacrosse field at Fann Cup. Our two teams are synonomous with the spirit of fun and accomplishment within Fann Cup.
